This is the first Ultra Tri-Horned Dragon ever to be graded. To add to its impressiveness, it is a near-flawless card that received a BGS 9.5 Gem Mint grade making the card unprecedented in terms of value as well as condition.

The misprint is attributed to the Ultra Rare (Gold) name. The label says "reverse" because Secret Rare foiling is supposed to be diagonal bottom left to top right while this card's foiling runs the opposite way. As seen in the third picture, the secret rare foiling also bleeds through the entire card making. It is rumored that only 1-2 sheets of these Ultra Rare Tri-Horned Dragons were ever printed.

This means a total of 9 - 18 copies exist in the world, making it one of the most difficult collectible cards to attain. I know of no other misprint more rare or valuable in the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG.
