You are looking at a 2003 Collectibles Palace Saint Vincent Saint Mary High School #5 Ruby variation team card, featuring LeBron James. This SVSM set consisted of six approximately 4" x 6" cards, five of LeBron James individually and a team card. LeBron's card featuring him playing high school football was issued in two variations, while this team card was issued in three variations. The Ruby variation was the most limited version with only 2,003 issued. The Ruby team card was issued with a matching hologram cert that was individually numbered and matched with a hologram affixed to the reverse of the card. The hologram cert is included as pictured. BGS graded this card Gem Mint 9.5. The subgrades are Centering 9.5, Corners 9.5, Edges 9.5, and Surface 9.
